Baby Pictures

Ok, so maybe these aren't really "pictures," but they're close enough. It's good to have connections at work...my wife, being a nurse, got to play a new ultrasound machine at the hospital. These are images of what's called a "4-D Ultrasound." Not sure what's 4-D about it, considering that the fourth dimension is time, but it's an amazing piece of technology.

Aw, I'm an idiot. I put the pics in my photo album then tried to link to them here. But they haven't been approved yet, so they're not showing up. Ah well, maybe later today they'll be up.

Daniel that is awesome! Britney is gonna love these pics, she was wishing that our hospital had this machine. Hope all is going well for you and Louann, I am sure you guys are about ready for the big day..........I know we are. Now we just have to worry about that crazy dude from Alabama coming up here and taking our baby back to thier new house and brainwashing the innocent baby into become a freaking crimson tide fan lol.

All right, pictures are up. Sweet.
Yeah, we're getting there. Still need more furniture...we have the crib and new chest of drawers, just ordered a glider/rocker, still gotta get a changing table and the corner shelf she wants. We'll probably paint next week, and some friends are throwing her a shower in September, so that should be just about everything....I think.
We're very excited, Kory, and I know you are too. I don't think our room decor will compare to yours, but it'll work ok.

i am sure it will be great, but it would be a lot harder to make fishing work in a girls room.........of course i still would have tried lol.

a piece of advice that came a little late for us was about the changing table. everyone we talked to said it's the biggest waste of money and that we would never use it. now i imagine they are right and we will just change diapers where ever we are and where ever happens to be handy and i doubt we should have bought the freaking thing because i think all it will do is look pretty and take up space.

lisa just saw the pics louann and daniel. said she looks just like her aunt lisa, haha. for real, she said the baby is BEAUTIFUL! can't wait to have her home and sit in the glider holding her and rocking her to sleep huh? well, lisa wants to do that too. so when we all get together again, lisa gets her first i guess.lol. ol papa john will just have to wait for the boy friends ( cause that's about the time i'll get to hold the youngun) show up so's he can run em off with his shotgun. haha. again awesum pics.

You know...it's funny how I'm sure your wife was probably all excited by these pictures, but if you had even ATTEMPTED to stick your side-imaging sonar up to her belly to scope out the kid, you'd be talking to an attorney right now.

That's cool Daniel. The 4-D imaging is awesome and you got a new fishing buddy on the way. He better enjoy that sleep while he can. NFE, if we could use 4-D to find fish, now that's technology.
