Default Wal Mart

Picked up some red glass beads (6 mm) at Wal Mart craft section. 125 Beads for $2.50 Sure beats paying a couple of bucks for a few in a pack at the baitshop. Good fishing, Mac

You can use them any way you'd like. I've added one to the line in front of a soft plastic just for the extra color at times. At other times, in front of a plastic worm to create a "head", making the lure swim across the surface like a snake. Carolina rigging would work well with the glass also.

Sure are cheaper,I like the green and red for c rigging, they also have lil eyes that move around one can glue on a crankbait(popr) etc. or glitter if one wants to alter appearance.
To add glitter give it one shot of clear coat and sprinkle lightly then coat once over it,do experiment with ones you cant currently catch fish on then keep seperate from other tackle as may bleed or stick, dependant upon clear coat used.
Key word lightly.
All in the craft section.

Thanks for the tip, Mac2. It seems information truly is the key.

Good to hear that there is actually something at Wal-Mart that is useful to a bass angler.

I find that some wal-marts carry a lot of decent tackle and some carry virtually none.

If you reread the thread wasnt about what actual tackle they stock(super stores have more)
It was about the use of their arts and craft section for fishing uses, beads actually bought long island, now they wont take it back.
I can tell few have poprs with teddy bear eyes that roll around.Or in glitter eat at lilmules on the sides.
