Default weird lure

i found this in my stuff my dadd gave me do u know who makes it it looks like a tupe except it is not hollow

that'll work for bass......only real way to find out is try it out and use it........looks custom/homemade to me.....

i aske dmy dad and it's one he made when he was like 20 and it is all worm rubber no styro foam and he pour melted worm or w/e it is into a cigar container and added a skirt
