Jig Wobbler?

OK, I could swear we had a thread recently about the Jig Wobbler lure, but I can't find it via the Search feature. Anyway, has anyone ever used it? If so, what did you think of it?

when you said jig wobbler i thought you meant a jig with a lip that makes it swim/wiggle... thought about making one

You are describing the scrounger head. It is a jig head with a lip
