Daiwa reels?
I was looking for a new reel, the one I have now is kinda grinding around the spool, I've cleaned it, but it still does it now and then... not that big of a deal though. Also I'd just like another reel! Right now I'm really looking into Daiwa reels. Right now I'm giving the Terra a good consideration, but if I can, I'd like to spend a little less.. but 20, 30 bucks more is no biggiy! The black widow got a great review on tackle tour, also says it's a good cranking reel.. even if it does have a 6.3:1 gear ratio! But, problem is, I can't find it in a left handed model! If anyone knows where, I'd love have some links . Tackle tour does not say it only comes in right hand. I also think the Daiwa Trillionaire looks cool and has good stats, but it just looks like a TD-Pro with a suite on! What's you favorite Daiwa reel under 130?
Any help would be great! Thanks in advance.

I have 2 of the Tierras and love them. Use them more than any other reel I have. You can't go wrong with a Tierra.

The Tierra is a downgraded version of the Advantage but still quite a good reel. |

bassboss, I'd get the best one you can afford. I got to fish with the Advantage reel. And even though the handle was on the wrong side.... it was a nice reel. I'd save up for that. Or if you have the money and want a reel now, get the tierra.

Thanks guys!
BB, don't know how I missed that one! I think if I've got the cash this x-mas, I'll get it! If it's 140, I'll have 60 bucks for what ever else, since most of the time I'll get 200 bucks or more. I'll probably but on 17lb sufix elite... maybe briad.

Yes. I have the Diawa Viento. It's a great reel. At first, you don't think you'd use the twitchin' bar, but I use it quite a bit. It's the perfect thing to twitching weightless senko's. Or I'll impart action with the rod and bring in the slack with the bar.
