Pond Fishing
I went fishing Sunday morning at a local pond and caught 20 lmbs, 19 on an XPS Lazer Eye Shallow Crankbait and one on a Rage Tail 10 inch Anaconda. The biggest lmb went 4lbs 7ozs and the top 5 went approximately 17lbs.

Nice. I wish I could catch fish that large in our ponds. Right now they are maxing out at around 2 lbs. If they are bigger, I am not catching them.
Great fish and pics. |

Went out pond fishing again and what a difference a week makes. The air temp was 37 degrees and the water temp 50 degrees. The bite was slow and tough, I think the bass are in a transition phase here in Northern Virginia. I only caught three bass on Sunday and I had to fish extremely slow and use my go to plastics Rage Tail anacondas and lobsters. Here are a couple of pictures from Sunday morning.

when its really slow my fav bait is the spot remover jig heads with a zoom finesse worm. shaky heads are the hottest bait right now among all the pro's
