If anyones ever used the banjo minnow, how well does it work and how many fish have you caught with it? I just ordered one and i cant wait until it gets here!

They are one of the very few TV ads that actually work. And, they are awesome! You will get alot of small parts to put on your hook and such, but all i do is stick a hook through the nose of the bait and fish it like that. Great action.

Besides the nose-hooking approach, a T-rig with a keel-weighted hook might be effective, especially when you wish to make a realistic presentation resembling an ill or injured prey fish or be able to probe deeper water. Such a rig will far less snag-prone than the nose-hooked rigs and thus allow you to search in or near cover (brush, weeds, pads, rocks, docks, etc.) that would otherwise present problems. That said, don't get all atwitter and tear your new treasures up by attempting those ideas with the wrong hooks. There are plenty of keel-weighted hooks out there that will fit the bill and FIT is everything...besides "Location, location, location!" I mean. We can elaborate on that as need be, and I'll bet some here can name a make and model of weighted hook that will rig properly on a B'jo Minnow. Good luck and be safe. Not at all. Just throw them where you want them to go, and jerk it with short fast jerks... watch the video it comes with to get a better idea.

I saw the infomercial for the banjo just the other day I was wonder how well they worked myself. I was thinking of ordering it but didnt Know how well it worked. I think that is the only time I have watched an intire infomercial. Does the banjo minnow word as good as they saw it does? is it worth the money?

All Hype!!! Can you say Sassy Shad at 10 cents a piece. Plus they catch fish as effective as the banjo.
