I was just getting ready to start a thread to see if you and the rest of our members from that area were ok. We know that Smitty is ok, hoping the rest of the members that were in that area will check in as soon as they get the chance.

No damage at the building I was in. Epicenter is 20 miles or so from me. Radiated mudhole that I fish is just north of Mineral, VA. Hopefully no damage to the power plant....could be an issue.

Thanks for checking up on us!!

Bruce checked in with John, said he never even felt it. Ron and Adam were pretty close to the epicenter, I think. Anybody got a number for them?

They should be good......150 miles away or so. On the other side of the mountains. Unless they came up to fish the lake.

Felt it in Bridgewater about 75 miles away from Mineral. All is well here but it shook the Fire Station and rocked the engines.

We are ok. I didn't even feel it. There is some damage around but not alot. I went fishing after work and I think the quake made them bite better.

I'm sure the switchboard lit up at 1:51 PM yesterday in Bridgewater!!!! People around me tried to call 911 but couldn't get through.

I felt just a slight rumble like the washer was on spin cycle but that was it.
