Wow! I'm extremely jealous to say the least! Haven't had real bad (good?) bass thumb like that in a while.

Your thumb neing tore up is a sign of catching a lot of fish. I really like the days when the palm of my hand is tore up because that is a sign of catching quality fish.

I like the days when my hand gets slimy, because that means I actually touched a fish....

The best days are when you get all gnarled up north of your watchband!

3d, after this past week, both my thumbs looked like that. To the point that it hurt to lip a fish.... Well done!

I swung most of the fish that I caught. Only tried to net one fish and probably could have swung it too. I was using one of Donnie's custom jobs, Goldfish RC, and hooked up with a decent fish. The Major had the net and was in the way so I couldn't swing it. So I pulled the fish up to the side of the boat so the Major could net the fish. The Major jabbed at the fish and knocked the fish off the bait...... Nets suck!!!

Turns out he beat me by .5lbs. I think there was a conspiracy!!! And he's the tournament director for the club.....can't trust TD's especially retired leathernecks!!!!
