Awesome seminar for Maryland Anglers! Featuring John Crews!
http://www.fishonbassclub.com/2009seminarposter.pdf
This is a really good seminar that my club is putting together for anyone who fishes the Potomac or other local waters. Elite series angler John Crews will be speaking along with Potomac River guide Steve Chaconas. Food is provided and there are lots of givaways! Great way to shake that cabin fever! |

I am a FOBA member but I have only been one for two years. In my time as a member we have not done a flea market but a lot of guys participate in a public one in Sykesville, MD in late Feb.

Doesn't John Crews still live in the Roanoke area. I know i have seen his boat on Smith Mountain before. I did see on a ytube site were he is doing some kind of teaching class/ seminar something like that. Does anyone know if he is ever doing anything like this in the Roanoke area. I would love to go.

Marc,
I heard about this from Steve a couple weeks ago. He didn't say it was an all day event. He told me about the seminar on jigs and the different techniques that you can use with them. But he didn't say he was doing multiple seminars. I really like the Grass Jigs and Shad Skirts he's got. Check it out. Last edited by 3dkicker; 02-04-09 at 06:23 PM. |

How'd the seminar go? Pick up any good tips from Crews or Chaconas?
