Hi John,

I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties viewing the videos. Here are the most common problems that prevent our videos from playing (and fixes to those problems):
  • Don't use AOL's browser if you're on AOL.
You need to use either Firefox, IE, Opera, Chrome or Safari.
  • You have a very slow internet connection. So when you hit 'Play', it isn't playing because it is taking a long time to download enough video to start.
  • Flash Player 10 is not installed.
Take the Flash Player Version Test to see if you have Flash Player version 10 installed properly. If you do not, you need to install it.

Beyond these issues, the only other thing that causes our videos not to play is a corrupt Flash Player installation on your computer. In which case, uninstall Flash Player from your computer, reboot, and reinstall again from Adobe's website.

If you still have problems, give us a call and we'll help troubleshoot.

Thanks and take care!
