Christmas Early ?
Does it bother anyone else that the stores are putting out christmas stuff earlier and earlier every year ? I mean there is no good reason that I should be seeing christmas trees while shopping for a halloween costum for the kids .

Bother me, no. Confuse me, yes. I think it's dumb, but I'm not going to be getting angry over it or anything. I mean wait for atleast haloween, let alone Thanksgiving, to pass.

I don't think christmas stuff should be in stored until the first snow, or the 1st of december. Whichever comes first. Also, I noticed they had ice fishing stuff already at Gander Mtn. and we're not even close to ice here. (waters temps still around 60*.)

I don't buy into all the commercialism, in store hype, that's not what it's all about.
That's not the real Christmas. |

I think all of the holidays are pushed too much. It's one after another and the enjoyment just is not there anymore! Oh to be a kid again!

you got that right bassgirl. man-o-man if i had some of the toys then the kids have available to them now. but it is overdone in my opion, no room for imagination anymore i don't think. how many kids now go out and army with just a stick fer a gun now? heck...how many kids go OUTSIDE and play today? just my 2 cents.
