Grillin' in the Heat!
Saturday night by text, Jim80 told me it's almost not worth it...
But I beg to differ (this time!): From the bottom up: Grilled Portobello mushroom, lightly grilled tomato, goat cheese, filet (med. rare). Topped with a Cabernet Sauvignon wine sauce. On the side is roasted potatoes and shallots, and sautéed asparagus. If anybody wants, I can post recipes for the mushroom marinade, wine sauce, or the whole thing. BB

Nah, goat cheese is really good. You have to try it but, realize you get a corner of your man card cut off for admitting you like it. By the looks of that stylish entree, BB's card must be about round by now.

And sammy, goat cheese is actually very good. It's better for you than cow's milk cheese too. It's very mild and very soft (almost like cream cheese). BB

Forget the naysayers...chevre cheese is great. I make a cornbread with chevre cheese and prosciutto in it that is just ridiculous.
