Not a problem here with the temps-50s and 60s-but a front blew through last night. Bluebird skies and NW wind strong enough to blow the hair off a dog.

LOL.......I play a fishing game for the xbox 360 in the winter time......not even close to scratching the itch, but better than nothing I guess...

Wild Bill, Are you sure you aren't in Texas ? P N J

Well, I caught 3 small smallmouth and a decent sized Northern pike yesterday. Those 1 -11/2lb smallmouth don't realized how little their body is for the size of fight they put up. .I think the extra action of shivering to death, enticed them to bite.It was cold and the wind cut right through the layers of clothing.the smallmouth came out of 52 feet of water. The pike hit as I was retreiving the grub to get it back inline on the point, where I was marking the fish.I hope to have a better day next time. P N J

Long winters do have their benefits. As most of you know, we have five kids, so you know I'm warm ALL winter long!

Been there, Done That! Several Times in fact, that's how we ended up in Georgia.
I'm a second Generation Texan, but have lived all over the country due to working for a major airplane company.
