Default Catchen' hawgmollies in the buckbrush!

Not really but it sounds nice. Actually fished on Anna today with one of the members of the Jr Bass Team I sponsor and he made the whole thing up. Seems the club members had never heard of "buckbrush" before until we fished a private pond recently. They found the term amusing for some reason and he added "hawgmolly" to it.
So we found a couple fish shallow. One cruising in skinny water but wasn't interested in the swim bait I brought across his back. Caught my first fish on a clay point on a Bama Craw Baby Paca. It was a keeper but it was one skinny fish. Caught a second later off a sea wall on a Pro Pop R and this one was longer and even skinnier. These fish need to feed. Had a bunch of fish picking up and spitting the baits. Only the really aggressive ones were caught.
Left a really nice fish under a dock for next weeks evening tournament . Hope she hangs around for another week .
