Default Magazines

I am getting on a plane from MD to CA Tuesday morning. I thought, "I'll get a few fishing magazines to read on the plane." Walmart has ONE magazine on the shelf, In-Fisherman. My local grocery store has NONE. I decided to stop on my way home from work, at BassPro Shops. NOT ONE BASS FISHING RELATED MAGAZINE ON THE SHELF.

Barns an Noble, and book-a-million are where I'd usally get mine in Florida, can't remember where I get em here in Wisconsin. lol

But I got a subscription to BASS, and I'll tell ya what, I'm sure glad I did. Awesome club, and awesome mag. You can even go online and read older magazines back to 97.. spent all day yesterday reading stuff and didn't even scratch the surface of things. You can even search for things to find exactly what you're lookin for!

My WalMart carries BASSmaster, In-Fisherman, FLWOutdoors (on occasion), and when it's available, BASSIN'. That's all you ever see around here and I live with Kentucky Lake practically in my back yard.

Did you buy the In-Fisherman? There's a neat article in the most recent issue about a guy who sight fishes for giant bass in Lake Mission Viejo. It had some interesting insight into bed fishing.

Surprisingly! It’s like you understand my mind! You seem to know a lot about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with some images to drive the message home a bit, but other than that, this is wonderful forum. A good read. I’ll certainly be back.
