Crankbait repaints
This is how I spent the past week since I'm unable to fish for a while. Considering I haven't done this since 2008 I think these turned out pretty decently.

Yep, nice job. Wish I had talent with an air brush, I'd just love painting "swimsuits" on those Sports Illustrated models..............................

Nice work, BTech. Definitely no rust gained since 2008.

basstech those are great looking.
Just being able to sit back after your done and see what you've done is rewarding in itself. Catching fish and KNOWING that it was your repaint,...what they say, It's priceless! When you get time PM me so I can get mine down to you before the bass warm up or you decide to kill time wally fishing. Again, nice work!

Man how I'd love to be able to do that. I would absolutely spend the rest of my days painting my own Crankbaits if I had have that talent.

I would love to hear more about what air-brush you have and the paints you use.

Thanks for the kind words guys.
Sure thing IowaBasser, I use a Pasche VL, it's a double action airbrush, with an asortment of createx paints, opaque, transluscent, flourescent, pearl, and I have one labeled as a "chameleon". Unfortunantly I've got to small a compressor with no tank or regulator. If any of you are thinking about doing this, do yourself a favor and get a normal compressor the shoots 60lb or better. I'm using a small hobby compressor and could have bought a much better setup including traps and regulators for the same money.
