I dont know how many of you are familiar with the band Modest Mouse, i listen to them they are pretty good. Well anyways one of my friends Chris Grieder of Chris Grieder Films entered a video in a video contest and he is now a finalist in the contest, if he wins his video will be the official music video for the band, it will be on FUSE, MTV, etc. etc. Anyways i thought his video was really good and if you all would like to watch it, and vote possibly for him go to: http://modestmousemusic.com/quicktime/

His video is NUMBER 9, so just check that out if you want and vote it would help him out a lot.

Yeah one of my favorites. It also appears that my friends video is going to become their official video. I dont know when this contest ends but they are up by a few hundred votes from the closest competitor, so thank you to everyone who voted!

Modest Mouse is a pretty good band, especially their older stuff. But if you like them, check out the Decemberists and check out Neutral Milk Hotel. Also, the Arcade Fire while a little different is a great indie band.

The Decemberists are deffinitely a good band. Arcade Fire is good as well, they are indeed different haa. Two other great indie bands: Mayday Parade, and Between the Trees.
