Thumbs up Hooking a spring lizard

How do you put a hook through a spring lizard?Or where do you hook it at?Thanks guys

threw the eyes or lips will make the lizards stay alive much longer than the tail or back, it enables them to swim....but next time try a Zoom Lizard, they work better, are cheaper, and much easier to keep alive

I Texas rig mine and use the Zoom ones. The swimming motion it has when reeling it or jerking it slow is amazing. And I have had a few bites when reeling it in like that.

Anyway you want to fish them will work, if your fishing where the bass are.

I'd listen to lizards if I were you,
not only has he studied lizard fishing extensively,
he wrote a book/screenplay 'bout it rofl
