Fished incoming with a stiff NNE wind. Lots of logs and trash in the lines. Marked the heck out of cats all day long but could not get the big bite going. Oddly caught a huge bullhead / white / and a channel cat. A couple of nice eaters too. But for the most part it was less than even a bad day. Very odd but it happens. Later at the docks out of three boats I was the only one who had a bite. So maybe the fish just did not want to eat today. The wind was cold and the tide opposite of the wind. The boat was swinging on the hook and that makes it hard to get a bite also.
