Swimbaits????? good or bad
i have heard good things and bad things about swim baits. i am thinking about going and getting some but i want a little more info on them. can you help?

Its a big fish bait, but they do work...at least on tv rofl

They work for me. I like to dead stick them or drag them. Sometimes I will make it into a spinnerbait. I catch big bass and walleye with the swimbaits. Also great for saltwater.

Yes they do work, but I'd never use one.

they have their time and place, but keep in mind, they are a big fish bait like JB mentioned, therefore you are only targeting 1-5% of the fish when using one, therefore it can be difficult to tell if its the right time and place unless you're catching them.

The good: Swimbaits work
The bad: you can spend hours and even days casting them without a bite, besides, they are quite heavy, by the end of the day your arm feels like if an elephant stepped on it. |
