The first Lighter colored one on the Left Swims perfectly... My other ones swim nicely but I've figured out the angle/thickness/taper/length to make it swim just like a minnow.

Mack,

That is a great concept! How exactly are you adhering the lip? I want to try this out!

I cut the lip out of clear plastic with metal shears (tin snips), Then when I finished tying the skirt I heated up the base of the lip and pressed it against the thread shank at the angle I wanted untill it cooled down, Then I took a hack saw and made real tiny grooves in the sides so the thread could lock in. Then I used clear nail polish to cement everything together. I could take pictures when I make one and give ya some tips to make it right if ya want. Cuz it took a few trys before I got it right and I'd be glad to help ya get it right the first time. lol

Ahh... That is pretty slick. I'll definitely post back if I have issues. I bet others were just as interested, so thanks, Mack!
