Well...I wear a size 38 in pants....and that's really too close. I'm afraid I might rip the crotch out on the pants....because it's happened to me before when the pants were a lil bit too tight. I'd really like to have a size 40 or even a 42. Do these sizes run big enuff to fit over your pants? Say....if u wear a size 38 and u get a size 38 rain pant....does it fit okay over your other clothes?
