Re: what is your go to lure
i dont realy have a favorite lure, but i do have two that seem to work in just about all conditions. and those are a black/blue speckaled 7" lizard t-rigged, and a charterhouse(sorry i suck at spelling) 1/4 oz. twin willowleaf spinnerbait.

Re: what is your go to lure
The bass on my pond got tired of looking at my Zoom U-tailed 7 inch redbug T-rigged so at the suggestion of a friend I changed colors to a motoroil/ chartruese. Wow the response.

Re: what is your go to lure
I usually will pull out the small crawdad brown bomber, as I have stated before, only because time after time my old fishing buddy tony used to come up with fish on in when we had tried everything else..after awhile he just kept one tied one, plus had about 10 of them on his dash of the truck, his theory was the sun faded ones produced more...you know how superstitious guys are..lol

Re: what is your go to lure
I would pick a tube bait, you can pitch it,swim it,drag it and weightless twitch it on the surface.

Re: what is your go to lure
It depends on the situation. In 4-10ft of water either along a weededge, or if the weedgrowth isn't to tall to prevent it, it would be a shallow shadrap. If the bite is slow I will use a power worm or senko. If I'm targeting a specific piece of cover, I use a senko. Come thick shallow cover, usually a weightless t-rigged lizard (although the horny toad is quickly earning more time on my rod) and in fairly open water in a topwater situation a black buzzbait.
