You've probably notice I talk alot about older brand names and lures, mainly because I haven't restocked my tackle in ages.
So the last couple weeks I am buying stuff, and todays purchase was to stock up on Berkely power worms n grubs and also some Yum worms. I had heard many on here talking about Yum plastics, so I got a pack of punkin and chartruse worms and threw them tonight. I didnt know they were so fragile! Soft and salt laddened, and I noticed ribbed sides on part of the grubs. its like..its too soft to keep throwing for hours in my opinion..I guess that s good for sales tho lol seriously I could always peg the worms head to the hook eyelet with a toothpick I guess, I just was amazed at how easily fish could slide the worm down the hook as they sucked it in..I guess I shouldn't *****, They caught fish.. 8) |
