Heck I dont think I can even build a spinnerbait for a buck any more,
In our area of Dayton ohio there is a Fishermans Headquarters that have all the components of spinner baits that anyone could ever imagine,
I got lots of dif type blades, even the tortuise shell, a V in a indiana type,,heres a pic of indiana

Note the elongated teardrop shape plus much more bevel(curved metal)
Its a great one to have on the end and a small colorado up front.
Each shape displaces water dif speeds, thumping vibrations , can be added to with more lead for slowness,
or go 1/4 ounce and small blades for quickness,
in clearwater you want quickness, in murky water you want something to throw off a vibration and moves slow, so I usually throw a 1/2 ounce with one big colorado blade, and of course I can't post with out typing
chartruse..so add a skirt on there too and catch a fish ~ 8)

Man 02 how much are Strike Kings where you live? Down here Strike Kings are some of the cheapest spinnerbaits you can buy, sold for around $3 apeice.

$5 bucks for one bait is a rip if you ask me. there are plenty of others that will do just as good. but if you have the money, then go for it. im just 14, and dont have a job yet, and the parents dont give me much money(they dont want to spoil me :) so im pretty struck on moola. so the cheaper baits are just fine for me.
