MALLEN!!!!!
I just had the best burger of my life!! ![]() ![]() I did how ever tweek it a bit! ![]() First of all I did this on the grill. For the patty I used ground round, and added a tps of red pepper flakes to it, some salt and pepper. I used 4 slices of bacon, cooked on a meat grease griddle, unwashed, other than scraped it a bit with a spatula (most important tweekage of all). Left the grease on there from the bacon, than did the egg. The bacon and egg where kinda blackish with all the grease on there. Assembled it, than put the cheese on to hold it together! But that between two buns. Didn't add anything to it, no mustard, mayo, nuthin! Best burger I've ever had right there mallen, thanks for the idea!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

ok just some fyi that i can tell you from experiance. never eat hot/spicy food early in the morning..
the hot/spicy food will cause you heat up twice. the first when ya eat it. the second when it gets in to your GI tract. the spices will heat up your blood stream-just like it makes your face sweat when ya eat hot peppers-about 2 hours later..this in it self wont hurt you. however it can if you eat it then go to work in 90+ temps..it will cause serious dehydration... this is just a word of caution from somebody who eats mexican/south centeral american food on a daily bases.. zooker
