post spawn
i have searched on the board for post spawn, but nothin good really came up. the question is, what are some patterns that will indicate post spawn? i think that most of the bass in my neck of the woods are ending spawn, i can see alot of small bass in schools, and some smaller bass still bedding, but im not seeing, or catching those big females that are suposed to come shallow to eat. do they go deep for a few days, or weeks, then go shallow? i cant seem to catch one of those post spawn hawgs.

Re: post spawn
In my experience with post-spawn(last year) its the time when all the fish are still shallow and they're feeding like crazy before they go off to their summer haunts(or at least they do this when theres NOT a front moving through every three or four days). Fish shallow flats mostly in this situation, and never forget to tie on a topwater and give it a few casts.

Re: post spawn
The bass bite can be sluggish for a few days after they spawn, but they all do it at a dif pace, but soon afterwards they go on a feeding frenzy and can be scattered but following bait fish
