Happy New Year 2007
Getting ready for the new year, cooking some whiting and having wine, got to thinking..what was everyones most memorable memory(fishing wise) for 2006?
Mine was getting a fat toad after sight fishing this april, my first day with the powerpro line, it was a day I'll never forget when I saw a huge bass go under a log and i flipped to it, and seconds later had her in my hand. Whats everyone else remember for 2006...all good, no bad |

Seeing a younger nice looking girl walking towards me wearing a t-shirt that said "Define naughty" on it.She asked me to help her pick out some tackle for her boyfriend. Man, that Lucky ******* and to think he's going to go fishing ?I am thinking after spending 15 minutes helping her pick out tackle, this guy ain't ever going to leave her long enough to use this stuff. Thank's Lizard, trying to forget about that. My best moment, watching my daughter catch her first bass over 5 pounds.

Early spawn: in one day I caught 3 fish over 8 lbs on beds. It was super windy and my dad was running the trolling motor so he was kinda stuck. He would point em' out (being in the front of the boat he had a better view) and before he could get his rod ready while fighting the wind I would catch them, LOL; he was pissed. We caught over 40 bass and 10 over 5 lbs. It was one of the best days all year and one of the few times I heard my sunday school teacher dad say the F-word!! LOL!
Ahh, good times, Jolly
