Where does this crap end? I mean when I wash my hands I'm killing millions of tiny little microbes... I wouldn't dip my dog in chlorox so should I stop washing my hands to save the microbes??

The funny thing is PETA kills thousands of dogs every year because they "rescue" them and then noone adopts them and they put them down and try to hide it. They have been caught twice now trying to dump dog bodies in random dumpsters. Hypocrits if you ask me...

I have caught the same bass twice....and in some cases twice within 5 minutes. If the bass is so shocked and hysterically fighting for its life, why the hell did it bite my lure again? While we are at it, why dont we just let rodents and termites run down our homes. After all, those are living beings with personalities too. Give me a freakin break!

The worst was when PETA sent comics into public schools with an evil- looking cartoon fisherman on the cover and a caption that said "Your daddy kills animals!!!"

Fish kill animals too. If they weren't trying to kill something, we'd never catch them.

Bass regularly eat crayfish. A dog may try that once.

LMFAO ZOOKER! I saw this article too. According to Bill Dance, a bass's nervous system doesn't enable them to feel pain. There was a lot of other scientific stuff that I won't go to.

How about if we start cutting off the lips of the fish we keep and sending them to the nearest PETA office!

Well come to think of it, I do recall catching a cat once or twice when fishing.

I gotta deal with those tree huggin hippies all the time. I'm a Forester in South Arkansas, so "environmentalists" (I call them by several other names) play a big part in we what have to do, or can't do I guess I should say. The sad part is, they get their way cuz they're the loudest.

Quit your job and stop cutting down trees. Do you pour your oil into the sewer too? Throw all your bass on the bank. Buy two more Hummers.

Seriously, in this day and age you gotta' be an environmentalist. I got kids, someday maybe grandkids, and we're screwing them. Fishing and hunting is different, because we manage it.

Know I now a different brand of stupidity.

Jeebus Pat, man's gotta make a living......If he's a forester, that means he manages the woods, picks which trees to cut, plants new ones, controlled burns, just keeps the woods in production status. In a perfect world, we wouldn't need to kill the trees, but the way it is now, some gotta get cut, and if a mans job is cutting trees, let him do it. At least it's honest work......

Quit wiping your *** on toilet paper, and he won't have to cut trees.

I'm a hypocrite, I recently macheted a path through to my favorite pond, and didn't plant any more trees. Stupidity is my middle name.
