				 | a GOOD day..

after busting butt all day in the dust. i slope into the tackle shop, only to find out i have to go to sc. ok so we go to sc with my truck to see this elder gent. while i hook up an older aluminum bass tracker and check the lights.. the boss lady loads a MOUNTAIN of tackle in the boat. about 25-30 rods reels, and well over 4000+ crankbaits..it takes us 50 mintues to return to the shop.. it takes 4 of us to unload the boat.. ok so i got a free tank of gas and the chance to cherry pick..i am actually sitting here looking at several thousand crankbaits piled on tables as i type this..while i probly will have more this is just a sample of what i picked.. small bagleys-not sure what it is called creme mad dads zooker

That last one looks like something between a popper and a torpedo lure...??? Bet it'll slay 'em.

Haha, well zook since you have a wall full, not getting used, I think it'd be advisable to have them field tested to make sure they are all still in proper working order, just in case. And just so happens I'm open for field testing... imagine that! Haha.

you'd think that if I caught a 10lbs fish twice in the same week off hte same exact crankbait that I'd at least retire the lure and hang it on the wall........in all honesty I tried, I really did, hung it next to the pic and the Fl. Big Catch Citation the FWC sends, lasted about 2 weeks up there before I pulled it down and tied it on a rod one morning. Still haven't lost that lure, but damn I know I should retire it, lol.

I wish I had a lure that needed retiring, but I hardly ever catch anything, we might head to the local tackle shop and get some more cranks, my new personal favorite, Bandit Crankbaits, the 100 series shallow diver. anyways, I gotta get some brighter and darker colors. by the way, I wish I had tables full of lures to choose from... bb144
