No LL, it is not. We has our pond stocked after we had it dug. We stocked it with bluegills, LM, SM, channel cats, grass carp, and perch, and some others from friends and fro neighbor's ponds.

Of all the fish we've stocked, we see bluegills and both bass (we thought all the SM had died but then we caught a couple 5-6" SM this summer. We have never seen any of the catfish we stocked, but our neighbors before they moved away, let us catch anything we wanted out of their pond. We took about a dozen or so 15" cats. (they are all now in the 22-26" range). We have caught a few perch also. We rarely catch them but we see the grass carp.
