I am thinking about getting one for my topwater rod. Either the 6'3" M Light & Tough (119.95) or the 6'3" MH S Series Bass rod (99.95). Any body ever used Daiwa Rods? Are they any good? Worth the price? Thanks, BB

BB, The Daiwa light and tough rods are very good rods.I haven't used the new S series rods, but I have the old black s series rods. I never had a complaint about anything Daiwa has made yet. Ivan |

i had some Diawa gear that was stolen at the marina at ky lake, but really liked them, I had a light and medium rod, the 5,ft 6 inch was my jerkbait rod, loved it.

I have 2 of the Diawa light and tough worm jig rods. They look better than they are.I use them for blade baits. I have used them with Texas Rigs and jigs but have others that do a better job. They usually stay at the house. Fish2win
