Free Replacement
Since last spring I've been complaining about my Revo STX having a griding noise. I sent it into Abu Garcia, and they replaced it for free! I'm so happy! Abu Garcia is the best!

BB, Abu Garcia will send you a new reel,if there is something wrong with the reel, not a refurbished one.Jools reel, he sent in will be repaired and sold at F.F.O. as a remanufactured reel.

 I'm sticking with Abu Garcia....for life.

Abu does make a great reel. I can't wait till I get enough money to buy a Revo SX. I am going to either pair it with a BPS Extreme XPS or a Shimano Compre. I am still a big fan of Daiwa too though.

The reel question is what's wrong with the new one they sent you? Just teasing you a little bit. I've never seen anyone with as many issues with their reels as you.
