We use this "damn ice" to our advantage. Try some ice fishing.

Find me some hard water thick enough, and me and my auger are there... We are having such crappy weather out in the Northeastern end of the state BB. Seems like everytime we start getting some ice, it warms to 60 or 70 and starts raining.

I have enough ice of my own to worry about. And it's enough to stop fishing solid, but too soft to ice fish, which I don't like to do either. Plus we have flooding, so the steelhead streams are out of the question.

I got 2 extra bedrooms at the house. Plus a couch. Give me a weekend, I'll kick the wife out for a couple of days. Then pray she'll actually want to come back...

She'll just go stay with either her mom or her sister. She's chased me out several times with girlie get-togethers. Tupperware parties, lingerie parties, bridal showers, baby showers...MY TURN to do the chasing.
