Default Bad Day

Well I was feeling pretty good after our tournament on Saturday then yesterday afternoon I had a Microburst (tornado sorta) come through my place. If anyone needs firewood I will have plenty for you. I have a bunch of big trees down. I have some minor damage to my house and my wife's car. We were real lucky though. It could have been a whole lot worse. It didn't last but maybe 20-30 seconds but man did it do some damage. I'll post some pics of the mess later. I'm just thankful to the Lord that none of us were injured and we don't have any major damage... just a LOT of clean up. I'm hoping we get our power back soon but with all the big trees on the lines behind my house I doubt it will be today. Wow what a mess!!!

Hey Bassaddict, we had a microburst several years ago up here on Claytor Lake. Destroyed four boats just missing mine and cleaned a path and it left a mess. I know where your coming from. Good luck with the clean up.

I just heard this morning that the National Weather Service confirmed it was an EF0 tornado then went over my house. I can't imagine what an EF5 would be like and don't EVER what to know!!!!!
