				 | Pretty Pics...No Fish

Me and Doc got a chance to do a midday trip today, didn't catch anything but I thought I'd post some pics of our regular haunt. This is Lake Monticello in southeast Arkansas. It's 1520 acres of frustrating fun. The Game and Fish says that the next state record may be here. |

Would have had some fish to show but I let 3 get off. two of them after a good fight and a few jumps. Does anyone know the ritual to get rid of the back of the boat curse? |

Removing a curse from a boat is very similar to the ritual for changing the name. It involves a live chicken (well, it's alive when you start), half a jug of moonshine, a pentagram drawn in chalk on the boat, a big fire of course, a large cup or glass of some kind, and a strong stomach. For your attire, think "crazed shaman from remote island in the Phillipines." That should get you close enough. Crap, just reread your post...the curse is just on the back-seater position? That's a lot more specific...Hmmm, let me think... All right, forget the chicken, you need a pig, a 48-qt cooler instead of a cup, and a lot more moonshine... |
