Default Potomac River

My dad and I fished the Potomac River in the FOM tourney on Saturday. We caught a lot of fish but couldn't put much weight together. Our best 5 went 9.83 lbs. We caught 5 early on topwater. 4 on a black buzzbait and one on a Bronze Eye Frog. Then as the tide started going out we caught them flipping with Ultavibe Craws and Yum Dingers. Caught fish off and on until noon then the bite stopped for us. We fished the same grass bed all morning. I also caught a Snakehead on a frog. First time for me doing that. Crazy looking thing. Anyway... thanks 3D Kicker for putting me on that spot. We just couldn't find the bigger fish. Had fun catching fish though. We caught 20-25 bass all day. That river is great until all the pleasure boaters come out in the afternoon. Then the main river gets trashed!!!
