				 | bass and crappie

do bass hang out where crappie are? I went fishing saturday and caught a couple of crappie on a rattlin rapala and one small bass. My question is if you are fishing and start to catch crappie do you also look for bass in the same place? I was fishing a large pond and was only there for a couple of hours so i didn't have time to really find out. The crappie were suspended about 6 feet in 10 to 12 foot of water. It was right after a little rain about 9:00am. No wind and no sun.

well buddy i think they do. see, we were fishing in jones cove last weekend and was using the same lure (1/4 oz and 1/2 oz chrome with boue back, wifes favorite), and caught a crappie, stripe and largemouth, all in the same area. so would say yes. and they were in 3 to 12 feet of water. feeding on the shad all together.
