My preference is a 3/8 oz combo willow/Colorado spinnerbait with a white/blue skirt, and the skirt needs to have a section that looks and acts like a trailer.

I also favor Booyah, and have a few Strike Kings, but the Booyah baits just have good quality components, good skirt patterns, and are less that $5. Ryan

I like the Ledgebuster smallmouth 1/2oz baits. Rest of them are custom made but the guys who made them are no longer in business. I hate it when I lose them.

Check out KVD's video on spinnerbaits for the what and why. I've used white or chartruese painted blades on occassion. I use white bladed buzzbaits more often than gold or silver.

Let's see, I've been working with Booyah, Strike King and one of Rebbasser's own custom builts thanks to JB. I've got to say that Reb's is the best of them 3. ~Mark |

He will. The guy's name is John Prior. He paints baits for some of the big name pro's. I have 3 crankbaits at his shop right now getting painted, and one of the Killer Venom Damage spinnerbaits on it's way. I can't wait to toss one around some of the standing timber in my next tourney!
