Default Bait monkey has friends

But they're really cool friends!
Gander Mountain is offering 15 bucks off a $75 order (online only, but you can have it shipped to store and avoid shipping fees). Thinkin it's time to buy the Fenwick Iron Hawk.
Bass Pro Shops has a deal on their credit cards. Get a card, spend 100 bucks and get a $50 gift card. I'm smelling a St Croix Triumph and a Browning Medallion Gt reel

yep the iron is a gander mountain exclusive.. it is basicly a fenwick gt in a differant wrapper..i find they tend to be a bit stiffer then the upper end rods-hmx- but i have several..

bama
i have never regretted buying ANY fenwick rod i own. though i certainly "loath" a couple of the elite series rods.. the hmx series rods is my prefured stick with anything NOT a crank.. you know me bama i beat my gear .. i have NEVER had to replace an eye on any fenwick rod..-i have had several over 8 years..simply put for the money you wont find a better stick..

for under $100 i don't think you can find a better rod..

Sounds cool. The Iron Hawk is actually very reasonable at $59.99. You'll only find it at Gander though

I bought an Fenwick GT to replace a broken bps rod, could not be happier. I love the action, it is a relatively thin blank with plenty of backbone and fast action.
