Boater's World closing up
Originally I assumed the Boater's World near me going out of business was a solitary thing.
I was in there (again) the other day and overheard an interesting tidbit. Apparently, they are owned by a parent company who's going bankrupt. So if you have one of these stores nearby, go check em out. They're at 20-50% off right now around here, 20% being fishing supplies

The Boaters World near me is doing the same thing.
Everything is 10-30% off. Of course they raised their prices right before marking everything down. With the discount, it now costs more to buy there than it did a month ago. Brute |

Give it some time, you may see the prices drop when they are trying to liquidate. That is the problem with liquidation sales though, when a company comes in, they buy all of the stock at one price then jack it up to make a profit. Same thing happened at Circuit City as they were shutting down by me.

Have you stopped by there lately? Originally, they were 10-30% off, now it's 20-50%, at my local store anyway
