Fishing top water baits
Okay so here's the thing. I want to know if its okay to fish topwater baits when its windy? If your in open water or out on a point and the water is choppy is topwater a bad choice?? I mean it seems like with all the choppy water a little topwater splash isn't going o attract very much attention (like a chug bug or something).
