I grew up in the Midwest (Indiana) and learned to bass fish with east coast methods, I joined the Air Force and was stationed in Georgia, where I got my east coast methods honed. Well now I am stationed out here in New Mexico.
My question is what is the major difference between east coast and west coast style? If I understand it right West coast is more finesse fishing with drop shot rigs. |

Bass are Bass man, they eat the same things where ever they are, just use tactics that you know how to fish in certain situations

The west tends to have very clear water in some lakes, so try very naturally colored lures. Purple worms, etc.
