the marinate
heat in a pan 1 cup of apple juice 1/3 cup of brown sugar 1/3 cup of salt 1 tbsp pepper 2 tsp poltry seasoning 2 cloves of garlic stir till well mix put in a bowl with chicken add 7 cups of apple juice..cover with saran wrap and refigerate for 4-5 hours.. in a gallon ziplock bag finely crush 2 cups of corn flakes. remove from marinate shake off excess coat with cornflake-put in bag and shake it- place on grill..cook 20 mintues a side or till inside temp is 170+ <---important.i used the gas grill for this.-i am out of royal oak charcoal- please note you can use ANY type of chicken.. i did it with boneless chicken breast.cause i like a challenge... i do NOT like to grill chicken as a rule but i diffantly will use this again.. the chicken came out suprisingly juicy and moist. the flavor was excellant. i used motts apple juice... zookie tested zookie approved... zooker
