Hi there, are these rods new or used? I can't tell from the pics. (I am old LOL) If so on a scale of 1-10 how would you rate them?

What is the gear ratio of the citica? I looked it up and I think its a 6:3:1. Does citica even have a 5:2:1?

The rods are used, but in great condition the glx 66 has a scratch on the blank so I would rate it a 9/10, the imx 9.5/10 they are in great condition still.
And on the citica its 631. |
