Went to the local pond this evening. Caught one dink on a sexy shad. Water is still very muddy. What I can't believe is that the darn mosquitos are out already. I must have gotten bit about a dozen times. I had to quit fishing it was so bad. Another thing about this pond, there are very large shad in it. I have already snagged 2 about 12 inches each. Looks like the monkey is nagging me to get some shad swimbaits.
