I watched a guy today fish spawning bass about 7-8 ft deep with a bubblegum lizard. Â*The water clarity was pretty clear and the pink color of bubblegum is easy to watch, esp important when trying to see the bass pick it up just to attack it or move it.
After about 20 minutes of running the lizzy through the beds the bass finally bit. I don't think I'd have the patience to stick to one bass for that long but it paid off today. I 'm not sure bubblegum is a hot color or more the fact the angler can see it..maybe a combo of both eh? ??? |
