Man I hate new stuff. I just bought several Pflueger Supreme and Supreme XT spinning reels this year and NOW -
http://www.tackletour.com/reviewpflu...reICAST10.html I can't win. But I think Pflueger has priced spinning reels out of what I'm willing to pay................ probably not. ![]() |

I have a President spinning reel. Looking for a new reel for shaky heads. Hmmmm. The President is just a tad bit to heavy.

Boogie, I know how ya feel man, those reels are sweet looking, espectially the Patriarch. Hope they don't change the prices too much. That Supreme XT for 130 would be a steal.
Thinking maybe $150-200 for the Patriarch. ![]() Oh, and for you guys that use Abu spinning reels, check out the new Revo Premier spinning reel. ![]() ![]() I'd say Pure Fishing is really stepping up their game in the rod and reel dept this year. BB

Geez, I aint into spinning reels, but that Abu is pretty. I really hope the color scheme makes its way to the baitcasters. My only problem with the baitcasters has been they are a little homely.

Yea that Patriarch is really clean looking...The caron fiber spool and handle really give it a nice look.
I dont know how I feel about the Premier...The cosmetics look a little over done..Too flashy for my taste.....Might as well give it a racing #

I don't know you folks think of Penn reels, but I love my Captiva cv22000 reels. It does everything I need it to do. (my2cents)
