Daiwa Rod Question

Does any one know if the Rod Blanks on the Team Tierra Series are the same as on the Pyrocon Series? I fished a Pyrocon, loved the blank , but I do not like split grips, I have been told the Tierra has the same blank with a traditional handle.

Their website says they are both IM7 graphite blanks. I don't know for sure but I think it would be a pretty safe guess to assume they are the same blank.

Thanks, When I get on my feet again, later in the winter I think I will be looking at a couple of Tierras from TW
